It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Phil Heaney. Beloved father of Scott and Mackenzie, firm friend to many in Bermuda, the UK, and across the world. Phil has been a close part of the Bermuda rugby community for almost 40 years with Renegades RFC and the Bermuda RFU and will be sorely missed.
A memorial celebration of Phil’s life will be held at the Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club, on Friday, May 30th, 2025, with arrival from 3:00 pm for a 5:00 pm memorial service. Rugby colours welcome.
