Andre Curtis In Court On Three Charges
48 year old Andre Curtis appeared before Chief Magistrate Archie Warner today [June 25] to face three new charges. The first related to stealing over $200,000 from Andrew Smith. The second charge related to stealing $98,478 from the Bermuda Government. The third charge related to fraudulent activities conducted through his investment company, He was released on $10,000 bail and is due to return to Magistrates Court again on July 9th.
A well known businessman, Mr Curtis is best known as a former chairman of the PLP’s Warwick South Central branch and as being involved in Government’s Faith-Based Tourism initiative.
