ICC Cricket: Bermuda Lose to Uganda
Today [Apr.11] Bermuda played their third game of the ICC World Cricket League Division Two Tournament taking place in Dubai. Uganda went in having lost both their prior games, and Bermuda went in 1-1, having beaten Hong Kong while losing to Papua New Guinea, however lost to Uganda today.

Uganda’s Coach Conrad Shukri dropped Akbar Baig and appointed Davis Arinaitwe as Uganda’s Team Captain ahead of today’s ICC Divison II League game against Bermuda and said, “We are going to put our lives on the line against Bermuda. It is the battle of our lives.”
Uganda won the toss and elected to bat, Bermuda opened the bowling with Stefan Kelly and Damali Bell. Uganda scored 249/7 with Laurence Sematimba the top scorer with 66 not out, while Roger Musoke added 55. Dion Stovell had bowling figures of 8-0-42-2, while Rodney Trott had figures of 10-0-46-2.
In reply Bermuda were bowled all out for 175, with Lionel Cann the top scorer with 44, while Jason Anderson added 38, others in double figures included Irving Romaine with 16, Rodney Trott was on 13 not out and Dion Stovell scored 10. Roger Mukasa had bowling figures of 7-0-21-4 to lead Uganda to victory.
