1609 Bar & Restaurant Launch Lobster Fest
In celebration of lobster season, The Fairmont Hamilton Princess announced the start of “Lobster Fest” at 1609 Bar & Restaurant.
A special menu, offered throughout the month of October, features lobster dishes including spiny lobster, guinea chicks and Caribbean style lobster curry. Diners can chose from the a la carte menu or enjoy the prix fixe meal, The Ultimate Lobster Feast for Two, which includes an appetizer, onion bread and rum cake for dessert.
“We are excited to offer Lobster Fest at 1609 this month,” said Yelena Packwood, marketing and communications manager for The Fairmont Hamilton Princess.
“While we are offering some pretty creative takes on popular lobster dishes, The Ultimate Lobster Feast for Two is the crown jewel of the menu.
“It’s a crazy surf and turf with a whole stuffed lobster, crab, scallops, 12 oz steak and more. It’s definitely an experience not to be missed.”
The Lobster Fest menu is available at the 1609 Bar & Restaurant from October 1 through October 31. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 295-3000.
