‘Magical’ Light Shows For Front Street In October

August 10, 2015

The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce is set to add October Lights this Fall, which they called a “magical version of Harbour Nights” which will feature light related activities every Wednesday night in October on Front Street.

Executive Director, Kendaree Burgess said, “The Chamber was looking for a way to maximise member involvement around the two major events taking place this October, the America’s Cup World Series and The Bermuda Tattoo.

“October Lights will feature illuminated vendor booths, light shows such as fire dancing and glow-in-the dark paraphernalia. Traditionally the streets of Hamilton go quiet after September. October Lights is a way to re-energise the city and provide additional entertainment for visitors and locals alike.”

“Our plans include working with member retail and restaurants to introduce a few fall & light inspired competition. We encourage residents to come out and take in the festivities!”
