The Bermuda Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation hosted the annual Night of Champions at the Ruth Seaton James Auditorium this weekend, with divisions being contested including bodybuilding, figure, physique, fitness and bikini.

Overall winners for the night saw De-Von Bean from Magnum Power Force Gym win the Men’s Bodybuilding category while Monroe Darrel from M-Core Studio won the Men’s Fitness category and Bernard Opoku from BEAST Gym and SeaView Gym won the Men’s Physique category.

Dave Wolffe from Magnum Power Force Gym won the Men’s Physique – A category while Jerry Robinson from The Athletic Club placed second and Javon Darrell from Positive Results took third.

Fourth place went to Allan Boyce from Positive Results, fifth place went to Paul Simons from SeaView Gym and Police Gym while Sunder Singh from SeaView Gym placed sixth and Arthur Joell from Point Mart Gym placed seventh.

In the Men’s Physique – B category Bernard Opoku from BEAST Gym and SeaView Gym won first place while Hafid James from Positive Results placed second and Cervio Cox from SeaView Gym placed third.

Shaqir Richards from SeaView Gym placed fourth while Kyle Santucci from The Athletic Club and SeaView Gym placed fifth, sixth place went to Adam de la Cruz from SeaView Gym, seventh was Leroy Maxwell from Magnum Power Force Gym, eighth was Kyle James from Calisthenics Anonymous and ninth was C. Anthony Francis from Magnum Power Force Gym.

Deon Brangman from SeaView Gym placed first in the Men’s Physique – C category while Julian Johnson from SeaView Gym placed second. Third place was won by Omar James from Magnum Power Force Gym and Studio One while Nakia Pearson from SeaView Gym took the fourth spot.

Monroe Darrell from M-Core Studio won the Men’s Fitness category with Eston Rawlins from SeaView Gym taking second place.

The Men’s Bodybuilding category saw an emotional De-Von Bean from Magnum Power Force Gym win the title while Jefta Miller from Magnum Power Force Gym placed second and JaVaughn Dill from SeaView Gym placed third.

    Some look good-some not so much; I think some of it is overdone. Not a fan of some of the poses, especially the splits. We get it-you have magnificent physiques but keep up those splits and one day something will fall out and we’ll see that you’re not so built everywhere-lol.
