BSOA To Open Two New Exhibits On June 3
The Bermuda Society of Arts [BSoA] will open two new exhibits on Friday, June 3 from 5.00pm to 7.00pm, including an exhibit titled “Things Unspoken” and a collection of works by artist Edith Zivi.
A spokesperson said, “Beyond our beautiful landscapes and friendly deposition, Bermuda must face the reality that many of our island’s social injustices continue to be unspoken.
“A collection of Bermudian artists has come together to create an inescapable narrative that brings these unspeakable topics to light, using multiple mediums, in the BSoA’s exhibition Things Unspoken.
“This Friday, June 3rd, from 5.00pm until 7.00pm, the BSoA will host an opening reception for Things UnSpoken in the Onions & Studio B Gallery, free of charge and ask any and all who are interested in continuing the narrative the pieces are presenting, to join.
“If you are unable to attend the Opening Reception, Things Unspoken will continue until Tuesday, June 28th.”
Regarding the showcase of works by Edith Zivi, the spokesperson said, “Works by artist Edith Zivi in various mixed media showcasing her eclectic style of her Swiss roots.”
