Basketball League: Twisters & Tsunamis Win
The latest round of Island Basketball League action inside the CedarBridge Academy Gymnasium saw a total of 228 points scored in a double header.
In the opener the Twisters edged the Court Kings 60 – 56. Gikai Clarke led the Twisters with a game high 19 points, while the Court Kings got 14 points from Shawn Furlong.
In the nightcap the Tsunamis remain undefeated for the season moving to 14 & 0 following their 97 – 65 win over Cross Fire. Dean Jones led the Tsunamis to victory with 28 points, while Lyndon Jackson scored a game high 35 points for Cross Fire.
