Basketball League: Thundercats & Twisters Win
A total of 246 points were scored inside the CedarBridge Academy Gymnasium as the Bermuda Island Basketball League season continued with a double-header.
In the opener the Thundercats edged the defending league champions Fly Boys 74 – 73. Chris Crumpler led the Thunder with 22 points, while Keiron Burgess scored a game high 27 points.
In the nightcap the Twisters defeated the Sky Force 51 – 48, Gikai Clarke led the Twisters with 15 points, while jorel Smith scored a game high 22 points for Sky Force.
