Bernews offered a look at Restaurant Weeks via videos that provided a look at both the kitchens and foods of participating restaurants, giving viewers behind-the-scenes access to the event, which ran for the past three weeks.

This year’s Restaurant Weeks ran from January 12 to February 3, with the largest number of participating restaurants ever – 50 – and the introduction of lunch, which was being offered as two-courses for $22, while dinner packages this year were offered at $32, $42 and $52.

Speaking at the event launch, BTA Chief Product & Experiences Development Officer Pat Phillip-Fairn said, “For foodies, this is one of the most enjoyable times of the year.

“We feel the same way at the Bermuda Tourism Authority because we focus on elevating Bermuda’s food culture and this Restaurant Weeks always provides the perfect opportunity to do exactly that.

The videos, which included a look at Waterlot Inn at Fairmont Southampton, Cafe Lido at Elbow Beach Resort, Ascots Restaurant, Flanagan’s Restaurant, Marcus’ at Hamilton Princess, Rosa’s, Harry’s Restaurant, The Point At Rosewood Tucker’s Point, and Aqua Terra at The Reefs can be viewed below.
