CCS Group To Host Cyber Security Summit

CCS Group, a Bermuda-based Systems Integrator and Information Technology specialist, will host a Cyber Security Summit on May 4th from 8:30am to 4pm at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute.

The Summit will address the Cyber Security Eco-System from endpoint to mobile to cloud and how today’s most innovative technologies protect modern enterprises from ever evolving threats.

“The Summit will feature six of CCS’ most innovative partners, all global leading security technology providers that offer expertise in all aspects of network security. The event will also feature a special guest speaker from the America’s Cup Event Authority. Everyone interested in the latest technologies in enterprises information security and is welcome to attend,” the company said.

Robert Dyer, Vice President of Latin America for Cylance, will discuss how his organisation has used Artificial Intelligence and machine learning to revolutionise Endpoint Security. Cylance provides technology and services that are predictive and preventative against the most advanced security threats in the world.

Gilbert Perez, Regional Sales Manager for Fortinet, will talk about cybersecurity threats and trends and his company’s holistic approach to effective network security. Fortinet is a leading global provider of network security with products and services that address the most critical security challenges.

Tim Foltz, Regional Director of ForeScout, will discuss the evolution of Network Access Control [NAC] and the three primary tenets of the ForeScout technology: the ability to SEE, CONTROL and ORCHESTRATE network security events. In the age of mobile and cloud, consumerisation is directly impacting how businesses drive digital transformation; this presentation will discuss how organisations can harness this impact.

Mike Janocko, Networking Sales Specialist for Netscaler and SD-WAN at Citrix, will discuss how for nearly three decades Citrix has been re-imagining the future of IT workspaces. Citrix enables business mobility through the secure delivery of application and data to any device on any network using the company’s NetScaler technology.

Elias German, Sales Engineer for Mexico, Central America and Caribbean for Arbor Networks, will discuss the impact of Denial of Service [DDoS] attacks and how Arbor Networks defends the modern enterprise. Arbor Networks is the Global leader and provider of DDoS mitigation solutions to Carriers and Enterprises.

Official America’s Cup TV and Public Host, Tucker Thompson, will deliver an inside-look presentation on the 35th America’s Cup. During the Q&A, he will be joined by a designer from Oracle Team USA who will discuss the importance of protecting their boat designs in the lead up to every America’s Cup
