Ocorian Appoints Louise Charleson As Partner
Ocorian, a global provider of corporate and fiduciary services, fund administration and capital markets, has appointed Louise Charleson as Partner in its Bermuda Legal Services team.
Ms. Charleson has extensive legal experience in Bermuda, having most recently been Head of Legal at Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited. Prior to this she held senior roles at leading local law firms.
In her new role, Ms. Charleson will cover a number of practice areas for Bermuda registered or incorporated entities and partnerships, including corporate and commercial, regulatory, insurance and investment funds.
“Ms. Charleson joins Ocorian at an exciting time for the business – the recent merger of Ocorian and Estera having created one of the largest corporate, funds and trust players in the world, managing over 17,000 structures on behalf of more than 8,000 clients,” the company noted.
