Traffic Victim Named As Katrina Flood
The 28 year old female who died yesterday [June 12] as a result of a traffic accident has been officially named as Katrina Flood.
She had initially been hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit for a week following being critically injured in a serious single vehicle road traffic collision that occurred around 3:30am Saturday, June 5th on Crow Lane (East Broadway) in Paget near the junction with Corkscrew Hill. The Police had earlier said that it appears she was riding a motorcycle when she lost control, colliding with a curb, embankment and pole, sustaining serious head and internal injuries.
Bernews joins with the wider Bermudian community in extending our sincere sympathies to Ms Flood`s family, friends and especially her two young children.
