Bermudian Swimmer Wins Gold & Silver
Bermudian swimmer Rebecca Sharpe won a Gold and Silver Medal at the recently concluded Downtown Sprint Meet hosted by Toronto Swim Club in Canada.
Ms. Sharpe won the Gold Medal in the Female 13 & Over 100 Backstroke Short Course Finals in a time of 1:06.23Â – beating over 80 competitors to claim the win.
Her Silver Medal came during the Female 13 & Over 50 Backstroke Short Course Finals, finishing in a time of 32.12 to place 2nd out of 48 swimmers.
