Yesterday afternoon [Nov 13] Age Concern hosted their 50+ Lifestyle Expo at Cedarbridge Academy. The all-day expo featured dozens of stalls covering a wide range of matters, a presentation by keynote speaker Dr.Cindy Trimm, cooking demos, music by Tony Bari and friends demonstrations of Tai-Chi-Chuan, Yoga for seniors & Bollywood dancing and much more.
