Boxing Day Harness Pony Races
Harness Pony Racing got underway today [Dec 26] at the National Equestrian Center on Vesey Street, with stake races the order of the day.
In the first 2 Year Old Stake race Nick DeCosta & Mercedes Spence won, and in the other 2 Year Old Stake race Mr DeCosta & Iron Mike finishing first. In the 3 Year Old 1st Stake Race EJ Carreiro & Colonel’s Maestro won, with Nick DeCosta & Abbey’s Dream finishing first in the 4 Year Old 1st Stake Race.
