Bermuda Win Second Game in Dubai

1DHempBermuda won its second training match tour match by 29 runs,, defeating the United Arab Emirates 241 to 212 runs.

Bermuda batted first against the Emirates Cricket Board Under-19 team who have come out looking for revenge after their five wicket loss yesterday in their first practice match at the ICC Cricket Global Academy grounds.

Bermuda scored 241 all out, with David Hemp (pictured) named Man of the Match scoring 105, this coming after he opened the innings, something many Bermuda cricket fans have been calling for, Hemp who was out cheap yesterday would be the backbone of the innings, hitting 12 fours and two sixes, while Lionel Cann added 32, Rodney Trott scored 25 not out and Fiqre Crockwell scored 22.

In reply the UAE Under 19’s were bowled all out for 212, Narayan Ramesh was the top scorer with 65 not out, while Chirag Suri added 52. Malachi Jones was the top scorer with 10-0-48-4, while Delyone Borden had figures of 8.2-0-31-3
