Sunday Football Results: Premier & First Division
Yesterday [Jan 24] a number of football games took place across the island in the Premier and First Divisions. MR Onion’s were the big winners in the in the First Division, beating Ireland Rangers 7-1 – while St. George’s Colts beat St. David’s 4-0 in a in a Premier Division match up.
First Division
Ireland Rangers 1 MR Onion’s 7
- At Malabar, Keston Lewis scored twice, while Phil Matthews, Kevin Ronaldson, Jaymie Kelly, Michael Luber and Eddie McInally all added a goal each for MR Onion’s who defeated Ireland Rangers 7 – 1, Terry Rogers scored the lone goal for the home team.

- At the Devonshire Rec, neither team could beat the opposing goalkeeper as they shared the points in a scoreless draw.
Prospect United 0 Young Men Social Club 2
- At Police Field, Young Men Social Club got goals from Leonard Raynor and Callon Burns as they defeated Prospect United 2 – 0.
Hamilton Parish 3 Paget Lions 1
- At the Wellington Oval, Romone Smith gave Hamilton Parish the lead in the 25th minute, Kia Hollis doubled the lead five minutes later. In the 36th minute Kiaya Darrell gave Hamilton Parish a 3 – 0 lead, Quincy Simmons pulled a goal back for the Paget Lions in the 47th minute.

- After a scoreless first half at the Wellington Oval, Jahron Dickinson scored twice, while David Signor and Phillip Anderson scored a goal each as the St. George’s Colts defeated St. David’s 4 – 0. View photos here.
Southampton Rangers 0 North Village Rams 3
- Ralph Bean Jr. gave the North Village Rams a 1 – 0 lead over the Southampton Rangers in the 41st minute, Sammy DeGraff doubled the lead when he converted from the penalty spot in 53rd minute, Pierre Smith made it 3 – 0 with a goal in the 83rd minute.

- At St. John’s Field, Temiko Wilson scored twice for the visiting Boulevard Blazers, while Raymond Beach scored twice for the Dandy Town Hornets as the teams shared the points in their 2 – 2 draw.
