Bermuda Beats Cayman By 4 Runs

Bermuda Under 19 National Cricket Team won their first match of the Pepsi ICC Americas Region Under 19 Americas Division 1 Qualifying Tournament, beating the Cayman Islands.

The match was played at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium, and was delayed due to a wet playing surface hence reduced to 41 overs, Bermuda lost the toss and were sent in to bat.

Bermuda were bowled all out for 181 after 29.4 overs, with Christian Burgess the top scorer with 41, while captain Joshua Gilbert scored 32 and William White.

In reply Cayman Islands could only manage 177/5 in their allotted 41 overs giving Bermuda the 4 run victory. Kevon Fubler had bowling figures of 6.0-0-20-2.
