Photos, Videos & Results: Budgies vs Swifts
In “A” division women’s hockey yesterday [Feb 5], the Budgies played the Swifts. The first goal came in the 2nd minute when Budgies’ Keishae Robinson scored a field goal. Erica Furtado then doubled the Budgies lead with a 41st minute field goal.
Ryanne Bardgett then pulled a goal back for the Swifts one minute later. Erica Furtado scored her second field goal of the game in the 48th minute to give the Budgies a 3 – 1 lead.
The Swifts pulled within one when Raven Pearman scored from a field goal in the 57th minute, Ryanne Bardgett then equalized for the Swifts with her second field goal of the game in the 66th minute. The Swifts winner came in the 70th minute when Alex Francis scored a field goal.
