Upcoming Science Seminar on “Fishy Sex”
The Bermuda Zoological Society has invited the public to a celebrate Valentine’s Day with a fun and informative event ‘For the Love of Fish”, in which one can learn “intriguing facts about Fishy Sex” from scientist Dr Wolfgang Sterrer, and also sample organic wines from Burrows and Lightbourne. The event will be held on February 25, from 6:45 -10pm, and the cost of $50 per person.
In 1978 came the formation of the Bermuda Zoological Society, whose goal is to enhance the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum & Zoo for the benefit of Bermuda, its residents and visitors. The Bermuda Government provides continuous support of the physical plant and operational needs, while the BZS, a not-for-profit organisation supports the development, education and research programmes at the Aquarium and organises special exhibits and activities for the community.
