Reggie Lambe Joins UK’s Bristol Rovers

reggie lambeBristol Rovers have signed Bermudian right-winger Reggie Lambe on loan from Ipswich Town for the rest of the season.

Rovers manager Stuart Campbell said: “Reggie is a right sided midfielder who is an exciting prospect. He is very quick, and I am looking forward to working with him.”

“He goes straight into the squad for tomorrow’s game and I am sure the supporters will be excited by his talent and give him a warm welcome.”

Mr Lambe, 20, was scheduled to be in the Ipswich Town Reserve team that was set to be in action this evening to take on Watford at Boreham Wood’s Meadow Park.

He made his first full international appearance for Bermuda as a 16 year old against St Kitts and Nevis in December 2007.

You obviously have been achieving high standards in order for the team to continue their investment (time, effort and money) in you and also follow through with Paul Jewell’s vision to have more players out on loan so they gain experience. Bristol is a beautiful city and a good football team with a high level of play. The start of spring and summer is a good time to be going there too! All the best!
