Part Of Marsh Folly Rd Closed For 2 Weeks
From 7am this morning [May 1] to 6pm Sunday, May 15th 2011 Marsh Folly Road in Pembroke from the junction of Dutton Avenue to the junction of Bishop Spencer Road will be closed.
The road closure is necessary to allow for repairs to be carried out on the Esso fuel pipeline to BELCO.
A spokesperson saiod, “As a safety precaution all traffic and pedestrians traveling along Marsh Folly Road will not be permitted while this work takes place. There will also be parking restrictions in the area. If the work cannot be carried out at the scheduled times due to inclement weather, it will be rescheduled.”
“The Ministry of Works & Engineering apologizes for the road closure and asks that all motorists cooperate with traffic control devices in the Marsh Folly Road area.”
