Damsel, Arise & Shine Women’s Conference
Under the distinguished patronage of Rev. H. David R. Lambe, The New Testament Church of God will be hosting a women’s conference Friday, June 10th – Sunday, June 12th 2011 at the Heritage Worship Centre. The Theme for the weekend conference is “Damsel, Arise & shine.”
The conference will open on Friday June 10th with a dramatic play entitled T.R.A.P.P.E.D. – Tired of Repetitious Attacks Perpetrated to Personally Employ Destruction. Written by First Lady, Sister Winsome Lambe, T.R.A.P.P.E.D is a vivid depiction of the havoc that promiscuity, addiction, abuse, shame and unforgiveness can have over three generations. General admission is $15.00, Patrons $25.00 per person.
On Saturday workshops will be held touching on various topics directed to women, while Sunday hosts services featuring female guest speakers from across the island ministering in song, dance, spoken word, instrumental and much more. Workshops cost $20.00 which includes a light lunch.
