Assured Guaranty Ltd. today [Aug.3] declared a quarterly dividend of U.S. $0.045 per common share. The dividend is payable on August 31, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2011.
Assured Guaranty Ltd. is a publicly traded Bermuda-based holding company whose operating subsidiaries provide credit enhancement products to the U.S. and international public finance, infrastructure and structured finance markets.
