Validus Quarterly Dividend: $0.25 Per Share
Bermuda based re/insurer Validus Holdings, Ltd announced today [Aug.3] that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per common share and $0.25 per common share equivalent for which each outstanding warrant is exercisable. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2011 to shareholders and warrant holders of record on September 15, 2011.
