AXIS Declares Quarterly Dividend
Bermuda-based AXIS Capital Holdings Limited today [Sept.21] announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per common share. The common dividend will be payable on October 17, 2011 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on October 3, 2011.
In addition, the Board declared a dividend of $0.453125 per Series A 7.25% Preferred Share and a dividend of $1.875 per Series B 7.5% Preferred Share.
The Series A Preferred Share dividend is payable on October 17, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 3, 2011 and the Series B Preferred Share dividend is payable on December 1, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 15, 2011.
