Gale Warning Issued For Tomorrow

The Bermuda Weather Service [BWS] issued a Gale Warning, valid from tomorrow afternoon to tomorrow night [Dec.27].

“Winds will continue to ease today as high pressure settles over the region from the west,” said the BWS. “The high quickly moves east and allows southerly winds to increase rapidly tonight.

“Another strong cold front moves over the Island Wednesday afternoon, bringing showers, gales and possible thunder. Conditions ease again for Thursday into Friday.”

This is the second Gale Warning issued this week, following after one issued for Boxing Day. A video of the weather conditions on Boxing Day is above.
