Tucker’s Point Aims To Attract Locals

December 8, 2011

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts announced “enhanced programming” geared toward attracting local residents to the property, which includes a special room rate of $225 a night, as well as a new espresso bar

In addition to the various dining options at Rosewood Tucker’s Point, the resort has launched an espresso bar in its library [pictured below] featuring a variety of beverages and fresh-baked goods.

Open from 7am to 5pm, the espresso bar offers hot coffee, espresso, lattes, teas and juices, along with delicious pastries baked fresh daily.

Also, Rosewood Tucker’s Point is offering a special room rate for locals starting at $225 per night from today through March 31, 2012. While the Tucker’s Point Golf and Beach clubs are exclusive to members, access to the golf and beach facilities is included in the special room rate for locals.

“Having joined the prestigious Rosewood Hotels & Resorts portfolio in April 2011, Tucker’s Point has continued to enhance its services and amenities,” said Brian Young, Managing Director of Rosewood Tucker’s Point.

“We look forward to becoming more a part of the community by introducing programming that welcomes locals to enjoy many of the amenities of the resort.”

“In these challenging times, many people are looking for ways to relax and escape without taking an expensive trip,” said Mr. Young.

“The special rate for local residents at Rosewood Tucker’s Point makes for a great staycation idea. Guests can enjoy the beach and golf clubs and the spa or just relax in the library and read a book.”

Bernews I think you’ve made a typo where it says a special room rate of $225 a night. If this is not a typo could somebody please tell me what’s so special about paying $225 a night?

OH! I missed the part about the espresso bar in its library featuring a variety of beverages and fresh-baked goods. OOOOOOO! AAAAAAAH! This means I wont have to use my $75 expresso machine for a day & to heck with those yummy $3 slices from the Cake Shop. I’m gonna make reservations right after I get a lobotomy.

Bring back The Mikado and I might ever think of visiting tuckers point.
