Power Outage: 300 Without Electricity
[Updated] At approximately 6:30pm this evening [Jan.5] a power outage occurred in the Smith’s and Devonshire area. A BELCO spokesperson said that approximately 300 customers were without power when the outage occurred, with the majority restored soon after, while 56 customers at St James Court were left without power. BELCO said that crews are working on this, with every effort being made to restore power to all customers as quickly as possible.”

BELCO needs some competition from another energy company. Aside from outrageous rates, these issues pop up quite often and are slow to get resolved.
You’re an idiot… BELCO has competition. There is solar energy and wind turbines which are both very effective. Also you could install your own home generator. Hmmmm food for thought. Otherwise sit in the dark wait like everyone else..
