Tonight: PLP Warwick Public Meeting
The Warwick Branches of the Progressive Labour Party are hosting an open public meeting this evening [Jan.30] at the Warwick Workmen’s Club at 7:30 pm.
In attendance will be Minister Marc Bean, MP Dale Butler, Senator Jonathan Smith and Lt. Col. David Burch, who will hear questions and concerns from all residents and speak regarding their visions for the Warwick community in the upcoming future.
Ahhh I don’t think so!!!!
YUP!!! why are they bothering??? They have no credibility whatsoever!!!
Send them a message, dont show up .
Wonder what plans Burch has for the IB he destroyed. Hope some of constituents with empty apartments that used to house IB people & mortgages to pay have some questions.
The whole lot should sit & hold their heads down in shame.
triangle, they will not hold their heads down .. instead they will puff out their chests, Sir Richard Gozney has finaly come out and made a starement in regards to the latest auditor generals report !!!!!
Triangle Drifter, they only way to make your point known is to speak up atthis meeting. I realize that nobody wants to wank out of there with a target on their back, but one can make a point without being abrasive, abusive or rude.
“wank out” at a meeting with the Colonel ….. Nope no-one wants to do that. Well, not me anyway.
Election time again. All of a sudden politicians are around again promising to fix things using other peoples money. Sad, but very predictable. This is called the pre-election plan, like the pre-budget plan…
Burch again in the spotlight conversing with the general public. HYPOCRISY at it’s best.
I think they spend a great deal of wasted energy trying to convince us, the voter, that everything they did was not their fault.
There are 60,000 plus people on this Island yet we continuously allow 100 people or so control our way of life. Parliament, Cabinet are the ones that pass the laws etc and we can’t get rid of any of them!! What is wrong with that picture?
Well I guess the residents of Warwick have different opinions because the meeting was very well attended and the panelists very well received!
Well done PLP!
