Video: New Bento Release ‘Just Rise’

Bermuda singer Matthew Bento — better known by his one-word stage name Bento – premiered his latest music video “Just Rise” at the recent Chewstick Backatown Film Festival.

Shot in Dockyard in a single day in January by Bermudian filmmaker Asha Ludwig. the video has now been posted on-line.

Award-winning singer/songwriter and producer Bento has been on the music scene sine his early teens, winning the Song of the Year at the island’s Underground Awards for “Working on You” in 2005 when he was 16.

He has also been nominated for L.A Virgil Artist of the Year for two years running and has released numerous singles in Bermuda.

The singer has attended Berklee College of Music in Boston but transferred to Point Blank Music College in London where he is now focussed on a number of upcoming projects with producer Matti Roots.
