21-Year-Old Arrested For DUI
“Around 3am on Wednesday May 9th, police conducting traffic checks along North Shore Road in Hamilton parish noticed an auxiliary cycle driving erratically, “said a police spokesperson.
“Officers pursued the vehicle and stopped it near the junction with East Point Lane. Officers approached the rider, a 21 year old St. George’s man who appeared to be intoxicated.
“He was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving. He later failed the alco-analyser test and was detained in police custody as a result. A court appearance is anticipated in due course.”
