Dwayne Caines To Return As Police Spokesman
Dwayne Caines will be returning to his role as Police Media Manager on July 1st 2012. In September 2011, Mr Caines was appointed Acting Director of the Department of Communication and Information Services for a three-month period, however he held the position for nine months. The Cabinet Secretary is expected to announce who will fill the Director’s post in the near future.
something is up with this post………….. what happened to the investigation with Berverle Lottinmore the former Director.
Caines you never stood a chance. Your a good guy but the game that is being played is way over your head.
Yes, something is up. Why is Beverle Lottimore still cashing a fat cheque in Washington paid for by the taxpayer? Enquiring minds want to know. We hope that highly regarded Auditor General is taking a close look at DCI.
Lottimore is on the protected species list because she knows too much, as well as were the bones are buried!
Oh no, this Guy is one of the few who knows what they are doing and has widespread support in the Community for the voluntary work he has done
Did he also have a “Conversation” or an “Exchange” with someone in a kitchen?
Is the other person still there staying behind with him having to leave?
Too outspoken my brother!
Congrats Dwayne! You did an awesome job at this post before! I speak nothing but greatness upon you!
Congrats, you were beginning to transform that archaic department like you did with the Police. Their loss, but the Police and community need you.
I believe that Mr. Caines has done an awesome job at both places, whatever he does he be successful at it. Everything happens for a reason. But trust and believe The Dept of Communication will miss him. I KNOW the police department is thankful!!!!
never sell yourself or integrity Mr Caines, the Public already see what these lot are about:
cromwell Shakir
Laverne Furbert
Terry Lister
anyone who goes off script is gone
I have so much respect for the Caines twins.
I’ll never forget, several years ago I was parked on Victoria St. when one of the brothers (not sure which one) got out of his car with his daughter and waited to cross to go to Sung Sing. When the road was totally clear and safe to cross, he gathered his little daughter up in his arms and swung himself in a circle while crossing while gently sort of swaying her up and down in his arms. She was laughing her little head off in delight…I just watched and thought WOW-now THAT is a father!!!
