Slideshow: ‘Mannequin Monday’ In Hamilton

Some of the island’s retailers exchanged their store mannequins for the ‘real deal’ today [July 2], taking part in the City of Hamilton’s ‘Mannequin Monday.’

Speaking about this week’s lineup of fashion events, City of Hamilton Events Project Manager Danilee Trott stated, “Monday will highlight the retailers and salons who are participating in the fashion festival.

“Mannequin Monday gives them an opportunity to showcase, on live models, some of the fashions that won’t be on the runway this coming weekend. I encourage everyone to walk around Hamilton at lunchtime and to view the clothes and talented models on display.”
