Video: Junior Squash Champions Honoured
The Bank of Bermuda Foundation hosted a reception for the Bermuda National Junior Caribbean Area Squash Association players last night [July 30] at the Bermuda Squash Racquets Association Club in Devonshire.
The Bermuda Boys won the team event while the Girls finished third. Bermuda also claimed two Caribbean Championship Titles with both Noah Browne and Dylan Pratt finishing on top of their Age Group categories, while D’Vario Thompson finished in second place in the Under 17 Division.
President of the Bermuda Squash Racquets Association Club David Gibbons said, “Thank you to the parents for bringing their kids into the Club and letting them fulfill this type of dream, to the coaches you have do an awesome job, we have had great support from the Department of Youth and Sports and a big Thank You to the title sponsors the bank of Bermuda Foundation.”
David Lang of Bank of Bermuda Foundation said, “On behalf of the Bank of Bermuda Foundation we want to congratulate each and every one of you for your accomplishments.”
