Basketball 2012/13 Season Gets Underway
The Bermuda Basketball Season tipped off inside the Somersfield Academy gym on Sunday afternoon [Oct 14] with the Warwick Rim and Paget Bear Cats both recording wins.
The Southampton Titans went down to the Warwick Rim Rockers in 84 – 50 point loss. For Warwick Dave Middleton had 18 and Chris Crumpler had 19, while Reginald Tolosa had 18 for the Southampton Titans.
Paget Bear Cats recorded a 60 – 46 win over the Hamilton Tsunami. Kieren Dill had 29 points for the Bear Cats, and Kevin Stevens had 15 while Shawn Brown had 10 for the Hamilton Tsunami.
