Flatts Post Office Closing For Fumigation
The Flatts Post Office will be closed on Friday October 5, 2012, so that the building can be fumigated.
A statement said: “As a result, post boxes will be inaccessible between the hours of 7.00 a.m. Friday, October 5 – Sunday, October 7, 2012 at 12.00 noon.However the closure does not affect home mail delivery.
“Counter services will be available to customers on Thursday, October 4, 2012 until 5.00 p.m. Customers wishing to collect their EMS and packages can do so at the Devonshire Post Office on Friday, October 5, 2012.
“The Bermuda Post Office apologizes for any inconvenience the closure may cause and advised that Flatts Post Office will reopen for normal business Monday October 8, at 8.00 a.m.”
