Videos: Wuz Up Block Party & BBQ

October 9, 2012

Adopt-A-Family Bermuda hosted the ‘Wuz Up Block Party & BBQ Competition’ on Saturday [Oct 6] at the First Church of God Complex on North Shore Road, Pembroke.

Director of Missions, Mr Jeremy Johnson was pleased with the turn out and was looking forward to a rest after the event. Those attending were invited to a presentation on initiatives the First Church of God wants to put in place.

There was a bake sale selling fresh goods, and vendors were on hand providing donuts, ice cream, popcorn, snowballs, cotton candy and more. A live band provided entertainment while children enjoyed games, fun castles and a soapy water slide. View photos from the event here.

  1. Question? says:

Where was all the white OBA/UBP people? We are all working together right or is that just on paper to win the election?

  2. kawat says:

Question? : said that were are the OBA/UBP People
Well’ you should know by now that they don’t go to that area.
could be due to Race, they don’t feel safe,or its a PLP stronghold area.
I would call down the Collectors hill gas station and ask Mr. Cannanier
were was his boys too ?
With an election comming up you would think that the UBP/PLP/OBA would want to be a presence among all Bermudian people.
