Video: Flora Duffy Wins 2012 SheRox Triathlon
Bermuda’s Flora Duffy stormed to victory at the 2012 Bermuda SheRox Triathlon this morning [Nov 4]. The two-time Olympian was the heavy favorite coming in, and did not disappoint crossing the line well ahead of the second place finisher.
Duffy was clocked across the line in 1:00:46, while last years champion Kristyn Robinson finished second clocking 1:07:59 and Karen Smith finished third with a time of 1:09:21. We will update with full results as able.
The race begins with a swim in the waters of the protected cove of East Whale Bay at the Fairmont Southampton’s Beach Club, and consisted of a .8K swim, 18.6K bike and 5K run.
