Bermuda Lose Second Game In Barbados

Bermuda went down in their second game of their training trip to Barbados against Young Men Progressive Club. Bermuda won the toss and elected to bat.

The Bermuda team selected for the game include, Rodney Trott – Captain, Janeiro Tucker Vice Captain, Jason Anderson, Jekon Edness, Treadwell Gibbons, Delray Rawlins, Jacobi Robinson, Sammy Robinson, Kamau Leverock, Tre Manders and Greg Maybury. Dion Stovell and Dennico Hollis are the reserves.

Bermuda were bowled all out for 78 in 23 overs, Tre Manders was the top scorer with 23 not out, Greg Maybry was the next top scorer with 11 not out, while Treadwell Gibbons was the only other batsman in double figures with 10. In reply the Young Men Progressive Club were set a target of 200 runs, allowing Bermuda practice time. When the Young Men Progressive Club crossed the 78 run score of Bermuda they had not lost a wicket, however they scored 203/4 in 41.1 overs, Delray Rawlins was the pick of the Bermuda bowlers with figures 7-1-40-3.
