BBA Crime Stoppers Criterium Cycling Results
The Bermuda Bicycle Association held the Crime Stoppers Criterium in Dockyard on Sunday morning [Apr 28]. Winners Edge rider Mark Hatherley won the Adult A Division clocking 34:50.608, Johan Vivier finished second with a time of 34:51.018 riding for Tokio and Crime Stoppers rider Leonard Rayner finished third in 34:51.108.
In the Adult B Division Anthony Ricky Smith riding for Winners Edge rode to victory in a time of 32:23.109, Luis Martins clocked a time of 32:23.133 riding for Fast Forward Bicycle Works finishing second and Matthew Claridge’s time of 32:23.346 saw him finish third riding for Fast Forward Bicycle Works.
Tokio’s Nigel Godfrey won the Adult C Division with a time of 36:18.435, Hiscox rider Howard Williams finished second with a time of 36:18.478 and Andrew Soares finished third clocking a time of 36:19.179.
April Galda-Joyce crossed the line first in the Women’s Division, the Madison rider clocked 25:22.410, while Tokio rider Heather Cooper clocked 25:28.358 finishing second and Wenda Roberts clocked a time of 25:30.885 finishing third riding for Fast Forward Bicycle Works.
In the Junior A Division Matthew Oliviera rode to victory with a time of 26:58.779 riding for Winners Edge, Crime Stoppers rider Zion Dowling finished second clocking 27:17.329 and his teammate Rajul Matthie-Shakir finished third with a time of 27:19.848.
Crime Stoppers riders finished one, two and three in the Junior B Division as Nahje’ Smith won the Class with a time of 22:34.848, teammate Malik Joell finished second with a time of 22:35.836 and Z’Dao Dill finished third with a time of 22:48.127.
Alexander Miller won the Junior C Division clocking a time of 12:53.196, Tokio rider Ross Cooper finished second with a time of 12:53.396 and Crime Stoppers rider Malik Smith finished third with a time of 13:48.007.
