Extradition Request: Murder Suspect In Custody
A 28-year-old St. George’s man has been taken into custody in the UK as a result of an extradition request. He is being held in connection with the murder of Malcolm Augustus on Christmas Day last year.
Mr Augustus, 20, was shot and killed on the St George’s golf course just after midnight on 25th December, 2012.
A police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service can confirm that a 28 year old St. George’s Parish man has been taken into custody in the United Kingdom as a result of an extradition request, in relation to the murder of Malcolm Augustus on 25th December, 2012.
“The man will appear before the courts in due course in the United Kingdom with a view to extradition to Bermuda to face charges. The man will be the second man to be arrested and charged in this case.
“Wolde Gardner was also arrested on 28th December 2012, and charged with the murder of Malcolm Augustus.”

Sounds like you should join the BPS, maybe you can shed light and bring the TRUE criminals to justice seeing as the rest of us just fall for the headlines. One of Bermudas biggest threats is the media. It can make a guilty person look innocent and a innocenT person look guilty. It can make a massacre look necessary n war acceptable. Even in bda they kill the tourism industry with front page pics saying MURDER n GANG KILLINGS. Our guest don’t need to see that on the 1st 2nd an third page

I think you took my sarcasm seriously. Judging by your comments it would be a surprise to hear that you would join the BPS, surprise being an understatement of course.
Just another person speaking on what they THINK they know, yet do nothing to help the community. Quite typical these days in Bermuda sadly. I look forward to the day I commit to the BPS and become part of the solution.
