Judith Wynne Joins CATCO Executive Team
Bermuda-based CATCo Investment Management Ltd has announced the appointment of Judith Wynne as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Ms Wynne joined the company on April 1 and reports directly to Jason Bibb, CATCo’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
She has more than two decades of experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, investments and legal and compliance.
Prior to joining CATCo Ms Wynne was Senior Investment Trust Company Secretary at Aberdeen Asset Management. She is a
qualified solicitor and chartered company secretary.
In her new role she will lead CATCo’s global legal, risk and compliance function providing legal support to the Board of Directors and all business units globally, including human resources, sales, marketing and product management and development.
Her role will enhance CATCo’s legal foundation and support the company’s range of investment products for global investors and retrocessional solutions for the reinsurance industry.
