Seadrill Increases Stake In Asia Offshore
Bermuda-domiciled Seadrill Limited this week [Apr. 23] acquired additional 100 shares of Asia Offshore Drilling Limited. The shares were acquired at price 28.70 Norwegian kroners per share.
Following this acquisition, Seadrill will be the owner of 39,739,647 shares in the company, corresponding to 66.23 percent of the total number of outstanding shares in Asia Offshore.
Seadrill is an offshore drilling company domiciled in Bermuda and managed from Norway by Seadrill Management AS.
