BFF Youth Futsal League Weekend Results
The Bermuda Futsal Federation’s [BFF] hosted a bevy of youth futsal games inside the Dellwood Middle School Gymnasium this past weekend.
Under 10: ABC Valencia 3 Devonshire Recreation Club 0
Armand Fy was outstanding for ABC Valencia with Ande Simons man of the match for Devonshire Recreation Club.
Under 12: HPWC 4 ABC Valencia 2
A see-saw game had HPWC leading 1 to 0 at half-time. In the second half, ABC Valencia played much better scoring 2 goals, but was unable to overcome a determined HPWC that scored 3 goals. Chekai Zuill was man of the match for HPWC with Peter Silvester man of the match for ABC Valencia.
Under 12: Footy Force 8 BBFS Yellow 1
Footy Force dominated the game from start to finish and led 5 to 1 at half-time. BBFS was more competitive in the second half, with Footy Force only scoring 3 more goals. Diego Richardson was man of the match for Footy Force with Khiari Shariff-Hayward man of the match for BBFS.
Under 14: Footy Force 7 NVCC 5
One of the best games of the day saw NVCC start with only 3 players against Footy’s 5 and they were able to be competitive in the first half. 2 other NVCC players joined the game later and NVCC led 3 to 2 at half-time. A determined Footy Force took control of the game in the second half scoring 5 goals to NVCC’s 2. Kani Stovell was man of the match for Footy Force and Samuel McKittrick man of the match for NVCC.
Under 14: BBFS Yellow 3 HPWC 0
HPWC had no answer to BBFS Yellow who won the game comfortably. D’nye-Jha Sharieff-Hayward was man of the match for BBFS with Chekai Zuill man of the match for HPWC.
Under 16: Footy Force 6 Dandy Town 6
The match of the day saw great back and forth action between both teams with Footy leading 2 to 1 at half-time. Fans were treated to some fantastic goals in the second half as Dandy Town scored 5 goals to Footy’s 4, to draw the match. Jerome Bailey was man of the match for Footy with Oneko Lowe and Jahtino Martin men of the match for Town.
