Michael Moore Joins Validus From AXIS Capital
Bermuda-based Validus Holdings Ltd. announced this week that Michael Moore was hired to served as chief accounting officer.
Mr. Moore, who will report to the company’s chief financial officer, joins the firm from Axis Capital Holdings Limited where he served as senior vice president, corporate operations.
Holding company Validus Holdings, operating through subsidiary Validus Re, sells property/casualty insurance and reinsurance mainly in the US, Europe, and Latin America.
Its largest lines of business cover property, marine, and specialty areas that include aerospace and workers’ compensation catastrophe insurance.
