Dr. Neil Burnie To Lecture At BUEI Tonight
This evening [July 23] the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute on Crow Lane will be hosting the 4th lecture in the Citizen Science Lecture Series.
The lecture will feature Bermuda’s Dr. Neil Burnie set to share his adventures with tiger sharks, whales, grouper, lionfish and more.
BUEI’s Citizen Science Series is hosted by BUEI Chairman Jack Ward. Tickets are $25 for non-members, and $20 for members, and the lecture is scheduled to get underway at 7pm.
Dr. Burnie, along with filmmaker Choy Aming, are the forces behind the Bermuda Shark Project which is is aimed at discovering more about the habits and migratory patterns of Tiger Sharks.
