AXIS Capital Holdings Declare $0.39 Dividend
Bermuda-based AXIS Capital Holdings Limited announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.3858 per Series D 5.50% Preferred Share.
The dividend will be payable on September 3, 2013 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on August 20, 2013.
