ChipMOS Declares $0.14 Cash Dividend
ChipMOS Technologies [Bermuda] LTD., an industry leading provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services ["OSAT"], declared a cash dividend of US$0.14 per share payable on October 30, 2013 to all common shareholders of record at the close of business on October 16, 2013.
S.J. Cheng, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ChipMOS, said, “The dividend declaration is a direct reflection of the Company’s financial strength and confidence in our growth prospects.
